If I plug the monitor into a different laptop with USB-C it works immediately. Monitor is toggled to HDMI on its settings. I have attached some screenshots but basically, when I go to display settings there are two displays recognized (laptop and another), but if I go to advanced display settings it says "Display 2 isn't active".
