Try setstage 06000801 200 in the console, it should validate the "gauntlet" part of the quest. Then, coc DLC04ColaCars01 should take you to the Cola Cars arena where the final part takes place, although I'm not sure where you'll be teleported. I guess you can use tcl to get where the quest continues. I didnt make it by your solution, But thanks!
